Being ignored with problem I brought my ‘15 Forester in for servicing because the check engine and cruise lights started flashing. I had to wait for the part to arrive. Once i I brought my ‘15 Forester in for servicing because the check engine and cruise lights started flashing. I had to wait for the part to arrive. Once installed I didn’t even Make it home and the lights started flashing again. I called and left a message for the service writer Dee to call. I haven’t heard from him after 3 days. I also sent a request for a call back on an email for a service review. Agiain, que the crickets nothing. Only I am dealing with the same problem and i’m Out $600.00! More

Lost my trust Long story short, I came in for an oil change but they informed me my car wouldn’t turn over, somehow my starter died. Another woman just came in the Long story short, I came in for an oil change but they informed me my car wouldn’t turn over, somehow my starter died. Another woman just came in the lobby for oil change and got the same talk like I did. I replaced my battery, spark plugs and starter since last year and they end up not testing it before taking it out, they assumed it was the starter. I just couldn’t believe that happened to my very reliable Honda Accord, I thought they got another car mixed up with mine. Well I can’t prove anything but that gut feeling you get when something is wrong, that’s how I felt. The cost of labor was over 300, if I purchased the started as well then it would’ve been over 700 but luckily I still have a warranty on the starter from O’reilly’s but at least they lend me a loaner car to get the part. I purchased my car here and believed they’re skills and integrity was the main reason I kept coming here for my car needs but sadly, I won’t be returning here ever again. More

car wash problem I was in for an oil change in October and said I did not want my car washed and it was washed. When I was in last week the car was sprayed but not dri I was in for an oil change in October and said I did not want my car washed and it was washed. When I was in last week the car was sprayed but not dried. I had trouble using my side rear view mirrors due to water spots. The rear of the car was not cleaned, just the front. Also, the front floor mats were sprayed and put back in the car wet so that the carpet under the mats became wet. More
