They forgot stuff Went in for a recall and while I was there I asked to get a new back windshield wiper installed. The guy checking me in also pointed out that a bulb w Went in for a recall and while I was there I asked to get a new back windshield wiper installed. The guy checking me in also pointed out that a bulb was out in a tail light. Picked up the car and the recall work seems to be ok. They forgot the windshield wiper and I had to ask for it again. When I got home, noticed that they also hadn't replaced the burned out bulb. I got 2 emails from the dealership afterwards asking if I had any problems with the service, which I responded to about the missed items and also that they keep sending me emails with an incorrect name, (parent company also does) but never heard back from either of the 2 managers who sent me the emails. More

Purpose was for 3rd visit to get recall corrected. Since purpose in the beginning was due to Suburu recall and after either 3rd 4th visit still the recall purpose was not corrected and was told that on Since purpose in the beginning was due to Suburu recall and after either 3rd 4th visit still the recall purpose was not corrected and was told that only Friday afternoons in a week or two would be open to again attempt to correct the original recall purpose. When I suggested that since reason for the number of visits to get the original recall corrected, which they did not seem to correct, that this problem was still not corrected my vehicle should be moved to near top of service list and when I requested a loaner vehicle I was told they only had 60 loaner vehicles available but would try to call me morning of any scheduled visit if a loaner could be found. Being less than satisfied I requested I be directed to Service Manager and was told he was not available but a senior service person came out to visit(?) with me. She told me that since I was not happy perhaps I had selected the wrong location to have service work done even thought their poor service was cause of numerous visits. I intend to contact Suburu department that sent the recall letter and advise them of poor service of Luther Suburu on hwy 61 and get a suggestion from them as too what dealer would be better able to correct problem. Have not done so. More

Routine oil change and tire rotation Peng was very helpful, professional and courteous. He explained what the service tech would be checking on my low mileage 2015 Subaru Outback, in addi Peng was very helpful, professional and courteous. He explained what the service tech would be checking on my low mileage 2015 Subaru Outback, in addition to the oil change, wiper blade replacement and tire rotation. I didn't feel pressured to have additional work performed that wasn't absolutely necessary. I highly recommend Peng Lee. More
