Replacement of rear light switch occurred shortly after purchase completed, however, noises experienced when driving over bumpy roadbed. Returned to service center and Donovan Brummond inspected technician's work and corrected faulty work as well as locating noise coming from rear door and had it corrected by lubricating contact points and tightening the lock. Great work! More

Oil change and tires rotated Took my car in on a Saturday morning which worked great for me. Took about 45 minutes to get oil changed and tires rotated. Awesome service by Peng Lee Peng Lee was my service professional. He went over every aspect of what needed to be done during this visit. Their waiting area is great (large, comfortable, TV, magazines, beverages and snacks). More importantly, they have always been very accommodating, done great work, and are very pleasant to work with. This would have been enough for me to make a solid recommendation for them to anyone who asked! As one can imagine, however, after many years and miles now on the vehicle, some issues came up on my last visit that were more difficult to address. As the vehicle is older, I was hesitant to make a large investment in it, even though it has been a great car all these years. This is when they really "shined", in working with me to identify options that made sense given the situation.
