I had a service appointment for routine maintenance on the next Saturday. I drove in unannounced about 2 hours before the service department closed for the day. Peng Lee got the car right in, saw that the tire was ruined, verified that there was a tire in stock, installed the tire and completed my scheduled service so I didn't have to go back the next week. Way beyond my expectation. I shared this experience with the service director, Donovan Brummond and I told him that I'm now a lifer at this dealership. More

They sell your information and then lie about it. My information was sold to a third party and I began receiving a bunch of unwanted marketing materials. I brought this to service manager attention and he stated they don’t give out customer information, that it must have come from third party. I pointed out that the information could only have come from their records as it contained the date I had my car serviced by them. He just kept repeating that they don’t provide customer information to third parties and was not able or willing to address the fact that the information could only have originated from their records or how a third party might have obtained my information. The general manager refused to respond to my attempt to reach him to discuss my concerns. It is clear that they are not concerned about customer satisfaction. More
