Service advisors are upfront and excellent I'm never too happy with having to shell out a lot of money for maintenance but when it comes to a 60k service, I'm willing to pay for the service req I'm never too happy with having to shell out a lot of money for maintenance but when it comes to a 60k service, I'm willing to pay for the service required so that the car lasts another 60k. I know that White Bear will do a great job and give me a heads up if anything else is required. I can rely on them and it's a relief to know that they are looking out for things before problems develop. More

Warranty Work We weren't able to get the key out of the ignition (it was getting worse). There was a technical service bulletin out on it so it was a well known pr We weren't able to get the key out of the ignition (it was getting worse). There was a technical service bulletin out on it so it was a well known problem. We wanted an appointment to get it corrected under the warranty. It took an unbelievable six weeks to get the appointment. I realize you likely don't make as much money on warranty work but that is a part of customer service. I sent three e-mails to the service manager and never even received a reply. Let's just say I didn't "feel the love" from Subaru. I will say that once I was able to get an appointment the work was done well and I really appreciated that you cleaned the car. Hopefully the key problem is now resolved (let's just say that six weeks of it didn't make my wife too happy). I don't know if getting warranty work done is a problem at all Subaru dealers or just White Bear. Everything else about the dealership seems excellent but this is one of the basics that should be taken care of. More
