Intake Great, Pickup Rushed, Employees Friendly and Helpful Drop-off of the car was great and everyone answered my questions and confirmed everything that needed to be done during the appointment (I was getting Drop-off of the car was great and everyone answered my questions and confirmed everything that needed to be done during the appointment (I was getting a routine mileage maintenance, oil change, 2 safety recalls, and a hitch added). I was impressed with the facility both in cleanliness, and what appears to be a great intake/outtake area. The lounge where I waited until the shuttle was ready was also stellar. When I came back later in the day (and it wasn't near closing) to pick up my car, I was given paperwork to sign and then they went to pick up my car. No one reviewed any of the paperwork/work done with me. I asked to clarify that an oil change was done, because the paperwork didn't indicate that service (just said an oil filter was replaced). Then they brought me the wrong car. Also my paperwork said a 9-point inspection report was given to the customer. It wasn't included in the printout. When I asked for a copy or at least if someone could relay what those results were, they tried to look it up, but were unable to find anything, not even something they could just tell me orally. This pick-up was confusing and everyone was very busy. I wish someone would have just reviewed the work done with me instead of just handing me the paperwork to go over myself for the 5 different jobs I had done on the car that day. I felt a little in the way and a bother asking for these things and calling the person back a few times. I do want to end by saying again, that people were still very friendly and helped where they could even at the pick-up (even though I called someone back several times, they had fantastic customer service responding to my questions). I'd use them again. Aside from that confusion at pick-up, it was a great experience and I have had no trouble on the work done so far. More

Superb and very timely service!!! I had to bring my car in for a factory recall and in addition to have a steering problem looked at. Dee was my service rep and he made sure I was tak I had to bring my car in for a factory recall and in addition to have a steering problem looked at. Dee was my service rep and he made sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion and all the repairs were done as I expected. A Good Place The service is good. Three years now, my car has never complained about anything. They suggest what needs to be done and fixed it right away. I had to The service is good. But they got it for me on the next scheduled service. The waiting room is also nice. I never got tired or bored while waiting. The servicemen are very helpful and respectful. When I purchased the car I didn't realize I would need to spend over $1000 a year on top of my car payments and regular oil changes. Or I suppose it could be that I have not had a new to me vehicle in 10 + years and I am really out of the loop? Customer Service was great. More
