Great customer service This was my first time bringing my new car to WBL Subaru . I was greeted immediately and taken care of. I was told it would take an hour and it did. Lack of effort (or commom sense). Not sure which. Left the car for air bag replacement, oil change and tire rotation. Told the rep I would be at home; call the home phone (both home and cell are in m Left the car for air bag replacement, oil change and tire rotation. The rep said they had tried calling the home phone several times- never thought of calling me on my cell phone. Besides that, there was no information on my service sheet about any thing else my car needs work on now or in the future. Not a happy customer. More
