Awesome as always - great service with many smiles I was greeted immediately by Nena who was VERY friendly. to document all the issues I wanted I asked if someone could reset the clock and there was I was greeted immediately by Nena who was VERY friendly. to document all the issues I wanted I asked if someone could reset the clock and there was no problem. I then sheepishly asked if the license tabs could be put on after the car was washed. She again said "no problem" and did it herself. The car was ready earlier than I expected, it cost less than I had anticipated and the coffee was good, as usual. The waiting area is very comfortable and all employees are smiling and friendly. It was pointed out to me all the things that were done to the car when it was time for checkout. After I got home I realized I didn't have the book I was reading in the waiting room so called Nena to see if I'd left it at her counter. She checked many places where it might possibly be and said she did not find it. Excellent personable service - made me feel like a valued customer! Great job all around. Car runs better too and is cleaner! More
