Oil Change Taking 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous! I can’t believe the time it took that long. Big time Disappointment The fact that my car was scheduled for 7:15 in the morning and to be told that the service is done in two hours but turned out to be 7 hours. After th The fact that my car was scheduled for 7:15 in the morning and to be told that the service is done in two hours but turned out to be 7 hours. After the 7th hour, I was told that my car was in car wash and will be done in ten minutes but it took more than an hour. I'm disappointed with the way it went. I feel like I was lied to. If actual time was given then I could have better planned for my day. Also after the service was done my passenger side window was not working and I have to do a reset on my own to make it work. More
