Oil change Last Friday before our blizzard on Saturday/Sunday I went in to get the oil changed on my 2014 Subaru Impreza. All went smoothly and I headed back tow Last Friday before our blizzard on Saturday/Sunday I went in to get the oil changed on my 2014 Subaru Impreza. All went smoothly and I headed back toward home in a timely fashion after asking about how to replace my windshield wiper blade myself to save money. As a 67 year old woman I’ve changed quite a few and discovered there can be damage done if not done correctly. The check out person said if I brought the wiper blade to them, they’d put it on for me - no charge! So I left, stopped by a friend’s house, then headed home. My friend called later and said it appeared I had something leaking from my car. I checked my garage floor and found a new small puddle of oil. I called my service technician from that day, James, and he immediately said he was going to send someone in a loaner, have that person check the oil pan bolt, bring the car back to the shop, check it out to make sure nothing else was wrong and then get my car back to me ASAP, in spite of the fact it was close to closing time & there was a blizzard on the way. That’s what happened; with one small side story. The young man who brought me the gorgeous loaner (2018 Forrester ) went into the garage after I pulled it into the alley with cleaner and was very thorough in his cleanup of the oil spot. Then he managed to squeeze under my car (I didn’t think he’d be able to do it- the clearance is only eight inches) and tightened the oil pan bolt. Mind you, during this we had small hail coming down and there was water and hail pellets all over the ground! He said probably the tool being used by the person who changed my oil must need to be replaced because although their specs require something like 32 lbs of tightening this bolt was at 19 lbs. The next day we had our blizzard (16 inches of fresh snow with 40 MPH gusts of wind) but by 9:30 a.m. my car was returned safely and the loaner on its way back to the shop. I am VERY pleased with the follow-up service to fix a problem. Very happy !! More

I asked the service advisor if he would consider replacing my license plate frames on my 10 year old TL as a customer appreciation jester and he agreed to do so(they were in very bad condition). The new ones look great and they also provide great advertising for your dealership. This jester was greatly appreciated THANK YOU. I always have my service done at your location. More
