Poor quality of service Damaged right rear chrome strip was replaced properly but while doing so they loosened out the thin rubber strip that runs vertically above the chrome Damaged right rear chrome strip was replaced properly but while doing so they loosened out the thin rubber strip that runs vertically above the chrome. It was so clearly visible that, either the service man or service adviser should have observed & fixed it before delivering to me. More

Good warranty service The service center accepted the diagnosis from my usual mechanic about a bad oxygen sensor, and investigated beyond that to find that the catalytic co The service center accepted the diagnosis from my usual mechanic about a bad oxygen sensor, and investigated beyond that to find that the catalytic converter needed replacement. The parts were on order, and they were very flexible and easy to schedule with. They washed and cleaned the car for the diagnostic visit -- a nice touch. The final work went exactly as they said. They were a pleasure to do business with. More
