Replacement battery I was sitting in a grocery store parking lot waiting for AAA to come and jump my 2014 Forester when I thought I had better call Subaru service to see I was sitting in a grocery store parking lot waiting for AAA to come and jump my 2014 Forester when I thought I had better call Subaru service to see if I could get a new battery yet that evening if I showed up by 5 pm? James was my service person who answered the phone and said sure, just ask for James when you drive in. I did, and in 30 minutes he had my new battery in, car washed and even washed my salty car mats.I was so impressed with the professional service James gave me ! Was told up front that I should have my transmission and differential oil change Stopped for a routine oil change on 2017 Forester with 14,800 miles. Was told up front that I should have my transmission and differential oil changed at a cost of $550. I said no and was then told that if something goes wrong my service record would be reviewed and I could have problems with the warrantee. Having the transmission and differential changed at this mileage level is so inconsistent with the recommended service intervals in the owners manual that it is almost laughable. I declined this service and will make sure to review my owners manual for service recommendations before returning or will go somewhere else for routine maintenance. More

An unforeseen task also needed to be done, and Matt alerted us by phone about it early in the process, in order to be sure the job still would be done on time. He was very friendly and shows that he really likes helping people. After our service time had ended, and we drove away, a strange light came on, on the dash, and we returned with questions about it. Eu met us again and quickly resolved the questions we had, even though nothing actually was wrong. He was very friendly and genuinely happy to help us. We had a good experience here and highly recommend this service center! More
