Routine Oil Change Service I arrived for my appointment and Jordan had everything all set. Asked about any problems, concerns and asked if it would be okay to wash the car when I arrived for my appointment and Jordan had everything all set. Asked about any problems, concerns and asked if it would be okay to wash the car when the were done. He is always very polite and very helpful regarding any matters with my car. After about 45 minutes he let me know that everything was completed and then we talked about the findings on the service. Car was washed and waiting and the total time was about an hour and a couple minutes. I love Acura and this dealership is very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you for making car service a good experience. More

The waiting area is superior. Has plugins for phones/computers, snacks, coffee and spacious. We have two Subaru's and have had several before. Probably going to this dealership for over ten years. I had asked him to check the brakes as well, and he gave me an honest assessment that they didn't need work just yet. What a great way to establish trust. They always do a good job for me and have a great car loaner program if you need one but on this last visit, they asked if I wanted a car wash and vacuum after my oil change. I asked how long as I was on a tight schedule for the day and he gave me a time which I accepted. What I didn't know was that he doubled the mechanics on my job and I got out in half the quoted time. I was thrilled! The new service center is nice and clean and they have lots of comfortable waiting areas (couches, tables, and workstations with USB ports) as well as a play area for their future customers. More

However, I feel that as a customer I should get some good service coupons. I feel for the work I had done it was very expensive. I will be looking at other places in the future. I had a coupon for an oil change but wasn't sure I could use it. when I mentioned it to service employee instead of telling me to show him and he could take it off now he said well just use it next time. Other car dealership service places (Kia, Ford and Toyota) have always welcomed the coupon. More

Greg was focused and took the time to be sure I understood everything and my questions were answered. The 90,000 mile service was completed in a timely manner and the car was washed and vacuumed. Nice! Then Greg discussed the results of Multi-Point Inspection. I was very impressed with Greg's attention to detail, his attitude, courtesy, and professionalism. He took a personal interest in my satisfaction. Thanks Greg! I also appreciate the work of the people behind the scenes. Thanks to them as well! More
