Great service department My 2014 Crosstrek was just past the warranty period when I brought it in for an A/C check. Dee was able to find a way to help compensate for some of t My 2014 Crosstrek was just past the warranty period when I brought it in for an A/C check. Dee was able to find a way to help compensate for some of the cost since the diagnostic didn't show a leak. When I came back to have another look at the A/C, Donovan Brummond, the service manager, offered to contact the factory to see if there was anything they could do since it was determined that a new part would be needed. This resulted in a generous response. What most impressed me about the whole experience was how fair, quick and professional the process was. More
