Quality Experience! I had the typical, slimy car salesman experience (bait & switch, talking down to, speaking to my brother when I was the one buying the car, etc.) with I had the typical, slimy car salesman experience (bait & switch, talking down to, speaking to my brother when I was the one buying the car, etc.) with White Plains Honda in the past. Therefore, I was fairly reluctant to deal with them. However, I ended up giving them another try when I found that Chris Paranzino was there. He was able to give me a very good deal and get me out with my new car on the same day. Carly Ma and Raquel also assisted with the new car purchase. Overall, they gave me a quality experience! I drove down to test drive and buy the car, and they sold it while I was driving it, to another person. About a week later, I saw another car that I was interested in come up on their website and immediately called James about it. He sent me detailed pictures of the car, answered every question and we moved forward with the purchase. He was such a help through out the whole ordeal and truly such a joy to work with.
