White Plains Honda not only gave me the best price, but they also offered the best interest rate of any of the other dealers. Jordan David, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all of our questions. Although they didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted, Christopher Paranzino, the sales manager, promised that he would be able to get it for us within 4 weeks as we requested. But when our sales consultant (Christpher Walls) grew weary, bordering dismissive and disrespectful, and exhausted his limited options to make the most money he lost interest and almost lost the deal. Most important he lost the opportunity to make a positive change in the life of a single, desperate parent. Enter Mr. Paranzino: He was patient, confident, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. He scrapped the ineffective works of the impatient sales rep and created a realistic and achievable plan to execute a contract that would not wind up in repossession. Mr. Paranzino is the sales manager I would recommend without any reservation. More

Prior to visiting White Plains Honda, I h Generally, my experience at White Plains Honda was a positive one and was underscored by minor deficiencies. Prior to visiting White Plains Honda, I had read countless car reviews, watched multiple walk-around videos, understood my own budget, and visited other dealerships (both Honda & non-Honda). I visited White Plains Honda looking to: (1) examine multiple Honda models [the HRV, Civic Sedan, & Civic Hatchback]; (2) test drive; (3) compare prices to neighboring Honda dealerships; and (4) cross-shop Hondas with other manufacturers [e.g. Volkswagen, Toyota; & Mazda]. My ultimate goal was to lease a vehicle and I did so at White Plains Honda. ..::Mr. Alberto Rodriguez::.. I arrived at White Plains Honda about two hours prior to closing and was immediately greeted by Mr. Alberto Rodriguez. I spoke to him briefly about my interest in the HRV and Civic and Alberto promptly arranged for me to test-drive both models back to back, even though the showroom was rather busy. Prior to working with Alberto, I had dealt with a number of unknowledgeable sales persons at other dealerships--an unknowledgeable sales person is an indicator for me to walk out of the showroom. However, Alberto is a consummate professional--he was able to quickly and accurately spit out MSRPs, recite horsepower & torque numbers, locate where the car was built, show me small details about each model, and give a detailed overview of the various trims (e.g. EX vs. EX-T vs. Touring). I will admit: I played "dumb" and Alberto delivered with an impressive breadth of knowledge. When I decided that I wanted to lease the car of my choice, he even stayed late to finalize the general lease details and promptly took care of my DMV registrations & insurance matters. In sum, I learned a lot from Alberto and I hope he learned something from me (CRV = Comfortable Roundabout Vehicle)--he is clearly passionate about his job and Honda products. ..::Test Driving::.. I was in the vehicles of my choice promptly and White Plains Honda is located in an area that allows for a representative and comprehensive test-drive. The neighborhood that Alberto showed me around the dealership is a good mix of secluded roads (hard acceleration/braking), steep hills (HP/torque), a merging intersection (torque/acceleration), a tight technical section (handling), and is secluded enough to make a K-turns and U-turns (turning radius). I highly recommend going on the course with Alberto riding shotgun. ..::Minor Deficiencies::.. The issues that I ran into at White Plains were few, but were nonetheless present. First, I encountered an employee who proclaimed: "This is a 2016 Honda Civic Hatchback." Second, I was asked to arrive promptly at the dealership at a specified time in order to pick up my car via multiple phone calls and an email. I felt that there was a sense of urgency to my arrival and I was asked to inform the dealership if I was running late. I arrived on-time, but instead of promptly starting my meeting with the Leasing Officer at the appointment time, I waited nearly one hour past my appointment time before seeing the Leasing Officer. I even received a phone call as I was sitting in the showroom, asking if I had arrived and checked in. However, Honda Leadership quickly arranged for me to meet a Leasing Officer once they sensed my dismay. More
