I leased my first car this week with the outstanding assistance I received from Christoper Paranzino and Tatiana Gama of White Plains Honda. I had been shopping around for a new car for weeks and was frustrated with this new, seemingly overwhelming process and not getting people to return my calls. Just when I was ready to give up on getting a Honda, someone recommended I call Chris. I called him on a whim around noon and was in a new car by dinnertime. Chris and Tatiana went above and beyond to help me understand the process and put me in the car I wanted. They were super accommodating of the fact that I am not local to the dealership by processing a lot of my information and paperwork over the phone to lessen the amount of time I would spend sitting in the dealership. It is refreshing to receive such spectacular customer service; when Chris or Tatiana said “let me process this and call you back in five minutes,” I could have set my watch they were so accurate. Not only was the service outstanding but they made sure I was able to afford the car I wanted. They were honest about financing options and what would best work with by budget, as a full time student and a retail employee, money can be tight and they were very accommodating about that. I was confident that I was working with sincere, hardworking people who understood my situation and wanted what was best for me. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go anywhere else other than White Plains Honda; Christoper Paranzino and Tatiana Gama made my first car buying experience an exceptionally pleasant one. More

He is the most friendliest, kind hearted person I have ever met. I am 19 years old and wishing to lease my first car. I have been working so hard and saving my money for months so I did have a certain budget, and the car I wanted was the 2016 Honda Accord coupe LX-S in black. At first after seeing the price I was so scared I wasn't going to be able to get my car. After Chris P heard about my situation he was extremely understanding and acomodating! I am so estatic because he was able to make my wish come true! He knew my budget and worked his magic and was able to manage my price range. I can't thank Chris P enough for his honesty and for being an outstanding sales manager. I wanted my car in black and they didn't have it there in stock, so he told me it would take 7-8 days which I was totally fine with and then he called me and told me he got my car there! After only 2 days! He really is the best and does amazing at his job! You can just tell how much he loves to help people. I recommend everyone to go to White Plains Honda.
