When I got home, I was doing more research and I saw 'wanting to provide great service' replies Brian Benstock left for unsatisfied customers. I wondered how much effort he would put into making sure his customers are satisfied. I gave him a call. What a gentleman. He promised an awesome satisfying service and he kept his word. The way he treated me as a valuable customer humbled me. That one phone call conversation helped me to decide to return to Honda White Plains instead of checking out Subaru. He asked me to look for Jonathan, a manager, when I get to the dealership. Jonathan was amazing. He showed excellent personal and professional service I could trust. He was there to help and to provide a satisfying service that was pleasing. The excellent management team of this location, including Honda parts dept. are such a great asset to the Honda company.
