They agreed to order our car at the price we were seeking. Atif, together with his manager, Ali Mahidashti, addressed all our concerns during the write up of the order and operated with integrity. Atif kept us apprised on the delivery progress and worked with Kurt Schon to arrive at agreeable finance terms. When the car arrived, the delivery and finance process was as expected and without surprises. Brandi Robinson did a great demo of our new car's features and Ali checked with us before we left. Outstanding Salesperson Makes This Place! I have been driving Honda Accords for decades---all with Manual (Stick shift) transmissions. I know it is not easy to get a car with Stick and I I have been driving Honda Accords for decades---all with Manual (Stick shift) transmissions. I know it is not easy to get a car with Stick and I also know you don't get color choice. I called a few dealerships and asked what colors Stick comes in. Every dealership had a clueless person answering calls---I was told I had choices of all colors and they had big inventories so I should go there and buy my car. I could have stopped there because all the dealerships, based on my phone experiences, misrepresented their inventories. I decided that I would go to White Plains Honda (bought my previous Accord there) and if a salesman misrepresented anything further, I would leave. When I pulled in, I was greeted by Keith and Donna. When I told Donna what I wanted, she immediately told me it would be tough to get one. She did NOT try selling me something else---she researched other dealer's inventories and found a car for me. The process took a week, but Donna stayed on top of it every day. When I picked up the car, Donna and Brandi went through the technological features with me. Donna has followed through on everything. She is thorough and straightforward. She knows cars! You'll do fine if you seek out Donna. She's knowledgeable and listens to the client. More

We were greeted by Jonathan Saba, who from start to finish was nothing but professional, honest, and accommodating. Jonathan in my opinion went well beyond what is expected of a salesman and explained every possible option, financing scenario, and vehicle in great detail and ultimately guided my wife and I to the two cars (2014 CRV and 2014 Civic SI) that we ended up leaving with. Jonathan was able to answer all of our questions and displayed a great amount of patience in helping us decide what the best decisions would be for our family. I met with Michael Dragon and in a short time he came up with a deal to lease a new, 2014 Civic and pay off the remaining time on my old lease. Mike couldn't have been any more professional, courteous or helpful. I also met with Alex Vargas as he assisted me on my last purchase and remembered all the details regarding it.
