I have had a horrible experience. I don't know from where to begin. It took them 2 weeks to ship the key books because I didn't get the keys when I purchased the car because main office was closed. I called before I left to make sure that key book was ready. I got confirmation that it is ready but upon my arrival, I was told that main office didn't deliver it. What a waste of time! If this wasn't enough! I had a terrible experience just getting registration. I told my Sales Manager that I would like to transfer the old plates to my new car, which shouldn't have been a problem. One month passed and I haven't received my registration, So I emailed my Sales Manager to update me. He informed me that registration was shipped overnight. Okay! I kept waiting for 5 days and still didn't get it! So I emailed him again and come to find out that he shipped my registration to wrong address. I took the tracking # and track the package myself and picked up from the Fedex office. When I opened the package, I was shocked to find out that my Sales Manager didn't transfer my old plates but registered my card under a whole new plate. Now I have two plates registered to my name. I have to go to DMV now and waste my whole day just to transfer them just because My Sales Manager didn't honor my request. I sure wouldn't recommend this dealer to my friends! More
I had an amazing experience with White Plains Honda. From the moment I walked in I was greated by the friendly receptionist. Everyone seemed to be in great spirits. Peter Messina was very knowledgable with his product and Alex Vargas was very professional. We didnt agree on the price at first but we soon came to an agreement. The finance managers were also very helpful. After we finished all of the paperwork I was greeted by Melanie who i believe is the delievery person. She was such a pleasure to work with. Very paitient and helpful with the million features that come with this car. She really knows her stuff!!! When all was said and done I left in my brand new Accord Sport 2013 and I LOVE IT! I will return to white plains honda for any future purchases. THANK YOU WHITE PLAINS HONDA!!! More
I've come to the U.S. for joining inter-company program. I was looking for Honda pre-owned car and I've visited dozens of shops near my place. In searching web-site, I found out that White Plains H program. I was looking for Honda pre-owned car and I've visited dozens of shops near my place. In searching web-site, I found out that White Plains Honda was having a cool set of used-cars. Though far from where I am living, I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and saw the cars in person (test drive, too). I'd like to thank to Mr. Bob Mancini showing me his patient and giving me a reduction on the asking price gladly. It drives great without any trouble and I am now experiencing pleasant car-life with my family. I highly recommend this place to buy Honda cars. More

We were looking into a Pilot and we were quoted $643 a month for a LEASE. I told the dealer I was insulted by this price. Then he was willing to go down to $499 and take over 2 months of my existing lea month for a LEASE. I told the dealer I was insulted by this price. I was TOTALLY DISGUSTED with price difference and decided never to do business there. Next dealer was $200 less per month More

It was the worst car dealer experience that I've had in 30+ years of buying cars. We had a pleasant discussion about what we were looking for and were then presented three lease options that were exactly opposite to what we discussed! This was done to setup the offer/counteroffer/let me go speak to my manager negotiation that we haven't seen since the 1980's. we haven't dealt with a car dealer this slimy in a long time!! After Jonathon pissed us off with his "proposal" and we got up to leave, Alex (claimed his was a manager) stepped in with a script of "I'm not the manager that priced this". How stupid do you think we are?! Why put people through this tactic?! This is exactly the kind of dealer that makes people distrust car dealers, and apparently for good reason! We left without buying and will never return! We may still buy a Honda, but it will not be from here! Thankfully there are plenty of other Honda dealers in the area. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! I explained to him my bad credit situation, my horrible experiences at other dealerships, and he assured me I was going to be OK! I am forever grateful for the time and effort Enrique and Sal put in to help me drive away with a 2010 Honda Accord! I suggest everybody go to this dealership if you want great service! My wife and I bought a used Honda Odyssey from this dealership. The salesman was, from the beginning, uninterested in making the experience a good one for us. After our test drive and $3,000 (!) deposit, he didn't return our calls for five days. He mistakenly processed our paperwork (registration, inspection), as if we were NY residents, when in fact we are CT residents. This caused delays and headaches. Instead of an apology, the salesman placed the blame on us. When we finally did get the call that the car was ready, we arrived at the dealership only to find more woes. They had cleaned the wrong vehicle. The finance office had processed the wrong paperwork. The office seemed chaotic while people placed blame on each other. I was there for over two hours, waiting. Finally, I told the manager I wanted to walk away from the deal. I didn't want to do business with them. He then offered a very small "cash back" token. Just wanting to be done with the ordeal, I accepted and drove away in my Odyssey. Words to describe this dealership: Deceitful, Disorganized, Unfriendly. More
