I had a great experience leasing 2013 Honda CRV. The delivery coordinator, Brandi Robinson was very helpful answering all my questions and addressed all concerns. I was in the market to purchase a used Honda Pilot. I had been to several dealerships in my area and was disheartened by the dishonesty and gimmicks I was subjected to. When I called WP Honda about 2 vehicle been to several dealerships in my area and was disheartened by the dishonesty and gimmicks I was subjected to. When I called WP Honda about 2 vehicles I saw on their website, I spoke to the manager Juan who was very upfront and honest. I was able to get from him over the phone what I could not get from other dealerships while standing in their showroom. I decided to take the hour long ride over and was pleasantly surprised that everything I had discussed with Juan was accurate. There were no additional dealer fees, certification fees or uneccesary charges. I had such a wonderful experience with salesman Keith J. He was able to answer all questions and prepare the vehicle for immediate delivery. I was driving a Honda Pilot home within a couple of hours. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for upfront pricing and honest salesman. More
First and Last time that I would do any business with this location...I brought my wife's Honda in for brake service and left with feelings of disgust, bad customer service, and suspicious shady scams. this location...I brought my wife's Honda in for brake service and left with feelings of disgust, bad customer service, and suspicious shady scams. Cautious from previous experiences, I had made them aware that someone else had looked at the vehicle and that only the brake pads would need to be serviced and not the rotors, as it would be an additional cost. After leaving, I received a phone call back from Anthony Valentine who said that the rotors also needed work and which of course would be an additional cost. I found this suspicious since someone I trusted had already looked at the brakes and rotors before arriving. I asked Anthony that I needed to make a couple of calls and asked not to continue with the repairs. When I called Anthony back and asked for the car to be returned to me, he suspiciously paused and said "ohhh...we already did the work on the car" I asked "Why?" since I did not authorize them to work on the car any further and wanted the car back. He then shifted gears to say that they would only do the brake pad special and not the rotors as I had originally requested. I got the impression he tried to "catch" me by saying that they already did the work on the car and made me feel obligated to pay for the service so I wouldn't take the car somewhere else. I found it blatantly wrong that he would take it upon himself to go ahead and do the work after I had asked him not to. At this point, I was also suspicious if they actually did start repairs on the car at all or if he was just saying they did. When I returned to the dealership the following day, I had waited to be serviced and noticed Anthony eating a sandwich at the customer service area not acknowledging me as I was next in line. He then had walked away. I then asked for who I believe is a Service Manager Bill Carlucci. I explained to Bill that it was my first time at the dealership and that I bring my Jeep to a Jeep dealership exclusively and was looking to start doing the same with my wife's Honda with a Honda dealership. I explained that I did not feel comfortable with what had transpired the day prior and explained what had happened with Anthony. He apologized saying that they should not have done the work without my authorization. I also explained that I wanted that car back to that I could have it serviced somewhere else for cheaper and asked if he would honor the rates from the other location. He said he would not honor the rates since when I originally came i, I had signed for the brake special which I don't recall signing and that was what they were going to charge me. He offered a 10% discount instead of $13. At the end of the transaction, I noticed that at the bottom of the receipt that was presented to me that a signature had been covered in "White-Out" on further inspection, I realized that the signature was not even mine and appeared to have been covered up. I left the dealership disgusted and feeling scammed. I feel they could have at least honored the competitor price since I wanted the car back originally and got the impression that they wanted a "quick sale" as opposed doing what's right to develop a long lasting customer for service, sales and referrals. I leave also confused whether or not the rotors were completed and have safety concerns now since I have a family with a 1 year old daughter who rides in the car with us. More

Terrible,dishonest, and no customer service once you walk out the door. I was given a price in writing for a lease on a new CRV however when I went to pick it up after my car was already turned in,the monthl out the door. I was given a price in writing for a lease on a new CRV however when I went to pick it up after my car was already turned in,the monthly price had changed. When I questioned as to why the payment had increased I was told that my taxes were miscalculated by my salesman. This turned out to be untrue. I didn't know what to do so stupidly I signed and left. Once I got home and thought about it I realized just how dishonest it was and how many other people do they do it to. So I emailed my salesman who was so nice during the transaction but his true character quickly showed when he didn't respond until I sent several more emails. I then asked him to look it into and never heard from him again. I called the sales manager who said he would get back to me but hasn't. I filled out a customer satisfaction report and received a call telling me someone from the dealership would call me. They didn't. Bad enough the dealership behaved in such a way but Honda corp was made aware and have also ignored the situation. I would never purchase a Honda again and will make a point of encouraging anyone who questions how I like my CRV to look elsewhere. More

Our first encounter with her friendly manner and personal attention put us at ease right away. We discussed the car we wanted and left the rest up to her. From discussing ways to arrange a convenient test-drive ( as a showroom model was not initally available ) to having to chase down a color of limited availability when we finally made our decision, Donna showed us that she was up for the challenge. Donna kept in touch faithfully during the sales process ( and car hunt! ) and has continued to touch base with us regarding any lingering questions in the aftermath. She often made a point of acknowledging her other team members when they had helped in the process, which is compliment to her teamwork attitude. Having begun our Honda search at another dealer - and having made several visits to that same dealer before coming to White Plains HONDA - I can honestly say that Donna's customer connection after one visit definitely outshined the SUM of what I received at the other. This is our first HONDA. We will definitely come back to White Plains HONDA when we're ready for another purchase. While my dealing with Kurt in finance was a more limited encounter, I can say that I was very pleased with the ease of the financial process, his knowledgeable answers to my questions, and how quickly we were able to complete the process. Our experience this time around was even better. Sandy Vargas-Colon (sales representative) was very kind and helpful, taking into account our needs and expectations. Alex Vargas, the manager was also very kind and did all he could to offer us a package that suited our needs. The hours we spent at the dealer, even though we only went in for a quote, resulted in us driving home with a brand new larger vehicle that we are really enjoing much. Gustavo Rengifo was again very helfpul and accomodating to our needs and offered the best payment options available to us.The post sale service has been great so far. Sandy has gone out of her way to assist us with the other accessories that need to be installed and has been available to talk or text whenever a question or need has come up.Thank you for a great experience. I then had the pleasure of meeting Keith Johnson, who was by far one of the friendliest, most welcoming individuals I have ever met. I was quite frustrated with the prolonged waiting period, and began to question the credibility of this dealership, however, when Keith contacted me, his detailed explanation, his willingness to answer my questions, and his patient friendly tone immediately dissipated any doubt I had in White Plains Honda. Upon meeting him in person, he welcomed me, not as a stranger purchasing a car from him, but rather as though I was a family member. He went above and beyond to ensure that I did not just leave satisfied with my purchase, but HAPPY. Many people often state that car salesmen are coniving individuals trying to bleed your pockets, however, this is MOST DEFINITELY NOT the case at White Plains Honda. The Business Manager, Gustavo, not only helped me get a great deal on my financing, he even got me enrolled in a program to fix my credit! Overall, my experience with White Plains Honda was FANTASTIC and though I may not have purchased a Honda, they were still very willing to help me and ensure I left satisfied. As the icing on the cake, Keith even called me this morning, the day after I brought the vehicle home, to ask me how my ride home was! How sweet and considerate is that?! White Plains Honda has definiely gained a customer for life...I don't think I would go anywhere else because their shoes will be tough to fill! THANK YOU WHITE PLAINS HONDA!!!!! More
