We bought a certified used Honda, 2009 Odyssey from White Plains Honda. This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I dealt with Sandy, Juan, Gustavo, and Joe the manager. We called ahead to make sure that a vehicle we saw online would be there we were told that it was. After driving two hours they couldn't find the vehicle that we had called about. It was frustrating but in the end we left with another vehicle and we are very happy with it. The car we bought was new to their lot but wish it had been detailed inside before driving it home. Joe called after we were home to make sure we were satisfied, we have had the vehicle less than a week but we are very pleased and would definitely buy another vehicle at WP Honda and will recommend to others. I am a CT resident and researched online pre-owned Honda CR-Vs in Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. I went to three dealers in New York (which had the best prices overall) and my secon CR-Vs in Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. I went to three dealers in New York (which had the best prices overall) and my second stop (on a Sunday) was at White Plains Honda. Unfortunately, the price of the 2010 Honda CR-V EXL I came to see was above my budgeted amount, but after a search, it was ascertained that they had just taken in trade the exact same model which was going through the pre-owned certification process. Since it was a Sunday, they were unable to provide me with any information about the vehicle, but Keith got back to me during the week to advise me about the vehicle (which was exactly what I wanted, even to the color) and gave me their best price, which happily was within my price range. We managed to get the financing approval finalized quickly through email and fax, and on Friday, Keith picked me up at the train station. The paperwork and financing were all taken care of quickly and, a short time later, I was driving my dream car, a certified 2010 Honda CR-V EXL, home to North Haven, Connecticut. Before I left the dealership, Keith went over every aspect of the vehicle with me. My experience with White Plains Honda was wonderful! There was absolutely no pressure -- instead of trying to sell me, Keith listened to what I wanted in my vehicle, and then took the necessary action to provide me with it. I will buy my next vehicle from White Plains Honda -- and I have told everyone I meet about my wonderful experience with Keith and the dealership. I am loving my vehicle! More
