The dealership had me waiting for my Accord longer than the promised delivery date. It was frustrating, and a result of inventory issues due to the tsunami. He is a nice man, customer-service oriented, friendly, funny, honest and very concerned with his customers being treated fairly. Once the situation emerged, he worked pro-actively to keep in touch with me, get me information and ensure that the deliver problem got resolved as quickly and and smoothly as possible.
