My experience at White plains Honda was a great one. Matt, Alex, and Brandi were extremely professional. They were very well organized, they new there information regarding the vehicle and, for once, I Matt, Alex, and Brandi were extremely professional. They were very well organized, they new there information regarding the vehicle and, for once, I did not feel that any bogus deal was being offered. One thing I dread most going into any car dealership is the long wait. Going into White plains honda, I was in and out with no long wait. My overall experience was the greatest. I was treated very nicely and I definitely look forward to doing business with these individuals again. Thank you SO much guys ! More

FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!! I was talked into making a 1 FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!! I was talked into making a 1 hour and 40 min drive from CT to come see a Honda Pilot that was listed for $17000. the only re FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!! I was talked into making a 1 hour and 40 min drive from CT to come see a Honda Pilot that was listed for $17000. the only reason i made the ride is because sales promised me that they would give me $2500 over the blue book value for my trade... when i got there the Pilot was not availible to be viewed because it won't start... then the used car dealership and the new car dealership began argue about one was stealing my business from the other during my test drive. at that point the very nice sales woman that i was originally dealing with was forced to hand me over to some cranky used car sales man who told me he would take me too see the car i came to see. He then drives me across town to their service yard where he can't even get the the car open cause the alarm system won't disarm. at this point 3 hrs of my sunday have been wasted.. Now we drive back to rude used car dealership where they don't even look at my car and tell me its actually worth $2000 less than what blue book value is and that i'm not eligible for the $2500 above book value, because their not gonna make enough money of the 2007 Pilot that is not even driveable... So in short i wasted 7 hours with drive time and $35 dollars in gas to be after a bunch of false promises... not the honda service i'm used too in fact i'll be buying a toyota 4runner instead. More

This was my first time purchasing a certified Honda car from a dealership and I couldn't have chosen better. I had been to four previous dealerships before walking in the door of White Plains Honda and I n from a dealership and I couldn't have chosen better. I had been to four previous dealerships before walking in the door of White Plains Honda and I noticed the difference in the quality of customer care from the start. My salesman Adalberto (Alberto) made me feel at home, he was very knowledgable and friendly. He took his time in explaining all the different car options so that I can better make a decision. I never felt pressured or made to feel like I needed to buy something which was what I was expecting. I have heard of horror stories from other dealerships in the past and my own experience before choosing Honda in White plain. Overall Alberto was the best sales person I have ever encountered. He is someone that I would definitely recommend to my friends and family interested in purchasing a car. I'm a female and not too familiar with cars, he took his time to explain to me everything about the car, we compard different options, different price ranges and I finally bought the car of my dreams!! I couldn't be happier with my decision. I want to thank everyone in dealership for making my experience and positive one, especially Adalberto. I was treated like family and that means a lot. We were greeted by Mae by the parking lot and immediately made us comfortable. We have a 2007 Honda Pilot, and before that a CRV and Honda Accord. We were checking out the Cross Tour and the new Honda Pilot made us comfortable. We have a 2007 Honda Pilot, and before that a CRV and Honda Accord. We were checking out the Cross Tour and the new Honda Pilot this time with Navigation. We went home with a new Honda Pilot 2012 with Navigation same day. We had a good experience with Mae, the manager and financial rep who gave us good advice on finance and warranty.Brandi helped set up the phone, showed us how to work navigation and radio. We love our new car. More
