We were greeted by Mae by the parking lot and immediately made us comfortable. We have a 2007 Honda Pilot, and before that a CRV and Honda Accord. We were checking out the Cross Tour and the new Honda Pilot made us comfortable. We have a 2007 Honda Pilot, and before that a CRV and Honda Accord. We were checking out the Cross Tour and the new Honda Pilot this time with Navigation. We went home with a new Honda Pilot 2012 with Navigation same day. We had a good experience with Mae, the manager and financial rep who gave us good advice on finance and warranty.Brandi helped set up the phone, showed us how to work navigation and radio. We love our new car. More

This was my expirence today November 9th, 2011.I purchased the Honda Accord 2010, with very low miles October 16. Picked car up & did have my own personal mechanic check it out, I told him the overh purchased the Honda Accord 2010, with very low miles October 16. Picked car up & did have my own personal mechanic check it out, I told him the overhead dome light was out & please check it. He did, said it was loose & bulb was good. But it keeps going out. I called service to report it, was told I needed to make an appointment. Said okay, will you give me a loaner car, & was told no we don't do that. It hasn't even been a month, they want me to pay for a rental car or I can wait around to see if they can fix it while I wait. Called Sandy(sales person) & she told me let me see what she could do. I left work at 5pm & never heard a word. I paid 17k for the car, & now I am out the door, should I assume it doesn't matter now that you you are out the door. Why should I have to pay more money to get to work while they fix a problem that was there to begin with? Rating is based on my call today. Kathy More

We had a great experience with White Plains Honda, specifically Alberto. He was quick and efficient and able to meet all of our needs. When I picked the car up I had to bring my 3 year old son. We specifically Alberto. He was quick and efficient and able to meet all of our needs. When I picked the car up I had to bring my 3 year old son. Went in to this dealership because they had the pre-owned I was looking for. I dealt with Mae, who was very friendly, and professional. Any questions I had, or requests, she was quick to help. I usually haven't received great customer service like this at a dealership, but Mae changed my mind about that. She wasn't pushy, but still let me know my options, and told me about the car, the benefits, and made sure it had everything I was looking for. Very professional and friendly.
