I found this 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie on Carfax Friday evening. Saturday morning I called to find out if it was available and got a call back from Miguel. Miguel offered to go outside and take more pictur evening. Saturday morning I called to find out if it was available and got a call back from Miguel. Miguel offered to go outside and take more pictures of the truck for me and was very pleasant to deal with and texted me every step of the way. On Sunday morning I drove 5 hours from Maine to go see this truck and fell in love with it! Alfred was the sales manager on duty and he put all the numbers together on my trade and my new truck. I felt that they were there to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I took the truck and drove 5 hours back home which was long, but felt very good in this truck. White Plains Honda treated me right on this and they will you too. I cannot thank Miguel and Alfred enough for making this happen for me! More

Miguel was very helpful, took the time to answer all of our questions and made the process seamless. What stood out most is his personality, we enjoyed talking to him and he is a true gentleman (opening d our questions and made the process seamless. Ms. Carly was very knowledgable and helpful and truthful which i appreciated , she made me feel at ease without selling me a dream. The finance manager Mr. Alex was very kind and helpful and informative, which i appreciated . Joe , called me often with updates which was real nice of him, and eased my nerves. Darwin introduced me to the car, he was great as well. Raquel was amazing, she explained all the car’s features to a tee. And general manager Chris Parazino was really cool, and made me feel like a friend. He reminds me of the guy from Mike & Molly which is my mom’s favorite show so he’s cool. So i appreciate these guys, would recommend to anyone. More
