My 2014 camry was shuttering do to torque converter problem while I was on vacation. I stopped in at White River Toyota to see if this was covered under warranty. Dana ran my vin and said it sure is. I was planning to deal with it when I got home to Delaware, when Dana asked did I want them to fix it. I did not buy the car from them and it was warranty work, but you never would have known by the way I was treated. I scheduled an appointment for them to check the problem. They gave me a rental. Once the problem was confirmed they scheduled the work. Again they supplied a rental. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I cant thank you enough. Everything was handled and zero cost to me. I will be writing Toyota America to recoginize this dealership abd service writer. Again thank you More

Would also recommend more training of staff- though he was nice he wasn’t going to come out to go over the dashboard and steering wheel buttons/ options until my husband asked him to. He also should have told us about the XM radio trial( did find out about it myself) and the Verizon WiFi( my husband found the info on this) my last car was a Nissan so things on this car where a little different. The sales person hadn’t been there to long so hopefully he will improve over the next months. More

A lifetime customer- an Outstanding dealership. White River Toyota and Alexis Secore, Sales and Leasing consultant, went above and beyond to help our family in a very unique situation. We will neve White River Toyota and Alexis Secore, Sales and Leasing consultant, went above and beyond to help our family in a very unique situation. We will never buy another vehicle from somewhere else, even if it means we end up spending a little more. We will also hopefully encourage many others to choose White River Toyota because of what we share. About a month ago over family was involved in an accident while on vacation in Southern Maine, 7 hours from our home in Upstate NY. The vehicle we were driving, a 2018 Toyota Sienna was totaled, but did it's job and kept our family safe. We had just purchased this brand new van 7 months earlier from WRT and Alexis. We began trying to figure out how to get home, amidst having to pack up a campsite we had been in for over a week and having 2 young children. Not sure what was going to come out of it, my husband decided to reach out to Alexis Secore at White River Toyota to see if there might be anything they could do for us. We were entertaining all options, but knew we were inevitably going to end up having to buy a Sienna. Over the next couple of days, the actions White River Toyota and Alexis took went beyond our wildest dreams and expectations. Under no obligation to help us, they came together to help us in ways we never could have imagined. How they helped us is too long to fit on this review, however a few things: 1) WRT was willing to drive a company van- free of charge to where we were located in Maine- over 4 hours from their location. The GM was willing to drive the company van to us, on his own personal trip to Maine. When we told them that the timeline was a little too far out and that we would figure out a different way, they came back with that they could get it to us the very next afternoon, again at no charge. Alexis also assured us that we were in no way obligated to buy a van from them if for some reason they were unable to match what we needed and did not owe them anything for the use of the company van. She had continuously told us, consider it an act of good will and that they were simply trying to help us in any way they could. 2) We had reached out to multiple Toyota dealers within an hour of where we were in S. Maine and had met the same response that getting a 2019 LE Sienna was extremely difficult and to get into one at the price point we had with our previous vehicle would not be possible. Despite explaining our situation- stranded in Southern Maine, 7 hours from home with 2 kids under 3 years old, most of the dealers were unwilling or unable to do anything to try to help. Alexis, in conjunction with her GM and Trade/Sales Manager simply told us that they would make it happen and help us figure it out. Not once did Alexis waiver or at all pressure us. In finding us a new van, they went as far as attempting and succeeding in getting us the exact same vehicle - color inside and out that we had just lost. To get the van was an extremely difficult trade for them due to some unforeseen complications, but not once did they walk away or tell us it wasn't going to be able to work. Instead they told us, if they couldn't get us the vehicle they were trying, they had 2 more lined up within a 300 mile radius. 3) When our vehicle arrived to the dealer, it was driven 4 hours from their location (including a ferry crossing) to our home. Alexis informed us they wanted to help in any way they could. WRT went above and beyond to help a family in a time of need, simply because they were able and willing. We weren't a deal that they were going to make a huge profit on, nor had they made a huge profit 7 months earlier on us (we had denied all additional warranties and add-ons, simply bought an LE van.) Despite this, when we reached out in a time of need they dropped everything, worked outside of hours and helped because they could. Thank you to the entire WRT team and especially Alexis Secore for your professionalism, compassion and humanity.
