He was very respectful and even though I brought my boyfriend along he talked directly to me. I have know a lot of carsalesmen (might have married one or two) and I was expecting the usual sexist condescension and coercion. John was excellent! I got what I wanted for the price I wanted. He even let my boyfriend go in back to check out the undercoating. Lol. I only had to use the boyfriend once, when the warranty guy tried the concerned fatherly tone with me. I don't know about the other salespeople, but John had just the right amount of humor and knowledge. He handled the test drive wonderfully and I wasn't anxious at all! Very pleased with this experience. More
