Pleasant new vehicle purchase experience I recently purchased a new Highlander from White River Toyota and I had a very pleasant and smooth experience. I enjoyed working with Alexis to think I recently purchased a new Highlander from White River Toyota and I had a very pleasant and smooth experience. I enjoyed working with Alexis to think through my options (e.g., previously-owned vs. new, hybrid vs. regular, trim levels). She was patient and very responsive to my many questions. I also appreciated being able to take the vehicle home for the night to share with my family, make sure it fit in the garage, etc. I had to bring my kids to finalize the sale; the WRToyota team rolled with this. I was able to do all my paperwork with Alexis and was in and out much faster than previous vehicle purchase experiences. I’ve also been pleased with the transition to the service department. I’ve had several accessories added and Alexis has worked seamlessly with the service team to get these projects done. Thank you! More
