Josh Harrington (who we also did the Rav with) was very patient with me to listen and provide valuable information for me to make a decision on what I really wanted. We ended up with a Toyota Corolla. Josh is the best! Josh is the kind of salesperson who helps you buy a car and not push to sell a car. Salespeople that understand the difference are rare. You have a gem in Josh. This process was not a quick one. Josh went over and above to find the car I wanted and on a day that he was not going to be there arranged with Cory to let me have the car for a test drive. He was also very nice. We have purchased four vehicles with WRT, two when Josh was not there, but he is our guy. More

Toyota Financial charged me for a piece of equipment that I had returned to the dealership. I was told that only the dealership could settle the matter. Despite phone calls, emails and registered letters, I received no response from the dealership. Nothing but silence. I was sad when I realized that the salesman had lived up to the stereotype and lied to me while pitching the car. But I am downright flabbergasted that the management would not at the very least make an effort to treat each and every customer with respect. More
