New Tires on my 2016 Highlander Once again, I was met with excellent service at White River Toyota. I went in to have my tires changed under the Buy 4 get 1 tire free! I dropped my car off and took the shuttle to work, Dana called me as soon as it was ready and the courtesy shuttle picked me up at work and brought me to my car. Couldn't ask for more convenient service and the staff is always so professional. Keep up the great work! More

Honest, Informative, and Helpful I went in for an oil change and a new battery (it had been several years and there was no way it was going to make it through the winter). Both of tho I went in for an oil change and a new battery (it had been several years and there was no way it was going to make it through the winter). Both of those services were excellent. While I was there, I had my winter wheels mounted. Dana mentioned that my TPMS couldn't sync, but that it was likely just that they were aftermarket TPMS (which they were). When the place that I had bought the TPMS also could no longer sync them, I called back to the dealership and Josh was incredibly helpful. He quoted me a price for new TPMS but told me that while they would more than happily do this for me, I could save a good deal of money by going back to the original place and get my TPMS replaced there because they certainly should not have died so soon (and would likely be covered under a warranty or service guarantee). It's very refreshing to have a dealer who isn't just interested in making as much money as possible, but actually cares about the person who has to pay for the parts/service. More
