At first I was really impressed when they sent me a video of the truck that I was interested in I told them of the experience I was having with the ot At first I was really impressed when they sent me a video of the truck that I was interested in I told them of the experience I was having with the other Toyota dealerships I was told that the other dealerships made their money from charging you a higher interest rate so I made an appointment I was told the truck would be prepped and ready but when I got there they couldn't even find the truck on the lot so I had to wait I really did like the truck that's the only reason why I stayed during the financing process Marty asked me to give him a 10 on the survey to help him out but during the financing process they lied to me by saying my credit score was only a 560 when it actually was a 725 then tried 2 sell me the truck not at 3.9% but at 7.99% with $2,600 down I called my bank and finance the truck at 3% with no money down well during this whole process I kept getting asked to rate the sales person a 10 to help him out so my advice to new buyers there check with your local credit union first before going through their financing and to shop around with other dealerships as I found this one to be dishonest More
