As we were leaving the parking lot, we discovered the lower glovebox door wouldn't latch. I returned to the service bay and they promptly got a service tech to assess the situation. I was to be contacted by Dana after the weekend on how to proceed. When I arrived home later that evening I had a telephone message from Dana that a new glasses venom had been ordered and he would contact me about installation. He would investigate to see if my Platinum coverage would take care of the repair. More
