There has not been another dealership that we have been to where if you stop and look at a car, salespeople come out from bushes to pounce! So relaxing and refreshing! We brought back the truck after the test drive and there was no pressure to talk numbers or being pushed into something. Sully understood we had options we wanted to explore and had no issue with providing us the information we needed to make an informed decision. We went home last night talked a little bit and then talked again this morning and have decided to buy a new truck instead. This will be the place we will be coming from now on to purchase our vehicles. We really liked that we could go in and have a salesperson either go with you around the lot or you could go around and look at everything and then test drive what you wanted with absolutely no pressure! Even had an experience of not taking the deal having seen their pretentiousness when I actually didn't mind the price. Especially when all dealerships are providing a diverse inventory, it does matter how customers are treated the entire time. Marty at White River Toyota has been really helpful throughout, patiently listening and most importantly providing a honest and friendly atmosphere throughout. I am a student, many of my friends have already purchased from here and I am sure more are on the way!! Keep up the good work and hopefully won't let us down in future!! :) More
