all about people...no way Scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to have Toyota bumper recall completed on Tundra. Parts not ordered. Service proceeded to complete unauthoriz Scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to have Toyota bumper recall completed on Tundra. Parts not ordered. Service proceeded to complete unauthorized work for which I had asked for a quote. My spouse, the owner of the Tundra, called to discuss the charge and clarify why work was done. She was met with discrimination, dishonesty, and overall bad customer service from the service manager and an employee who posed as a service manager. The general manager has yet to respond to any phone messages to discuss the matter. Needless to say they have lost my business as I will be taking my own Toyota elsewhere. I'm not quite sure what has happened to the service in the client-facing part of this department. This situation is the first time where things have gone truly south. More

He was no-pressure, but available and helpful when we needed it. He was endlessly patient with our process, and explained things clearly so we felt like we could make the right decision for us. It didn't hurt that Marty is a genuinely nice guy with a good sense of humor--when you're spending so many hours together, it makes a difference. And as a woman, I appreciated that Marty took both me and my husband seriously as equal partners in the decision-making process. Salesmen at other dealerships in the Upper Valley didn't measure up in this regard, directing all conversation, information, and eye contact solely to my husband. The dealership overall was welcoming and laid back, and we felt like we were in good hands through the entire process. White River Toyota doesn't need to tell you that they "do business differently" like so many other shops; they just do it. We loved being handed a plate and a lock box key and set free to drive anything on the lot on our own. We'd recommend White River Toyota and Marty Adams to anyone in the market for a great car and a great experience. More

When a question came up about our leasing, during the signing of the paperwork, Tanya stepped up and made sure we left satisfied with what we were paying. She took a great deal of time and displayed tremendous patience explaining to both the sales manager and to us why this conflict had happened and she made some adjustments, as did the sales manager and we left feeling very happy. We have no doubt that Tanya was key in how we felt buying this car and we are very appreciative of her support. She was efficient, direct, and got the job done for us. Thank you very much, Tanya!
