Great professional service. White River Toyota is very friendly and welcoming. Their waiting room is cosy, though I was deeply disappointed they removed their popcorn machine. It was one of the reasons that I chose to have my service done there. I strongly recommend that White River Toyota replace their popcorn machine. When I think of White River Toyota I think of the relaxing smell of popcorn and the warm, family like environment it creates. Sadly I didn't get that feeling this time. More

Once I made my choice, he took me out for a test drive, provided a tutorial on updated aspects of what was to be my personal vehicle, and answered any questions I had. Additionally, he has offered to meet with me in a couple of weeks to insure my comfort with the car. What I considered a somewhat complicated transaction, was made to seem simple and usual. I do appreciate the personal and very professional service provided me. More

It was great to hear that you were assigned a Service Agent, that now they were divided by the alphabet and I would be dealing with Joe for service. In the past some service agents have not been that kind and rather short when asking questions, did not find that with Joe. Nicely done Joe! He went to my car with me to show the work completed and asked repeatedly if I had any questions or concerns about work done. When I traded cars, Sully was also very good - I started looking in October and finally decided to trade in April. Having the shuttle available makes it very convenient with the work schedule and now having service hours all day on Saturday that is a plus. More
