WOW! Just WOW! I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Justin Ciccarelli March 23rd at 8:30am. I went in feeling nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get a ca I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Justin Ciccarelli March 23rd at 8:30am. I went in feeling nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get a car and embarrassed about my credit. Justin could tell I was nervous and quickly made me feel like I was not alone, other people go through the same thing as me. He asked what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. He worked with me looking at a line a cars being picky even when I should have been willing to take whatever I could get. I wanted a 4wheel drive but Justin thought that a used car would be more affordable for me. He was very straightforward and he was right. The first Camry I looked at I fell in love with. What a beautiful car! And Toyota Used Certified as well! I cannot speak highly enough about the stellar customer service I received from Justin through this whole process! The car I bought came with GPS & Bluetooth, Justin went through the whole car showing me how to use everything and was very patient with me. He noticed that the GPS was not calibrating correctly and immediately had it sent into service to be looked at. He said he wanted me to leave the lot with the car perfect.Jeremy Bartlett was amazing and had it fixed in NO TIME. The two of them really made my experience an amazing one. I very grateful for having the opportunity to purchase a car from such a great company. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience at White River Toyota. Taken advantage of Came in for a nice deal, left with the most outlandish lease payment of all time. Although it is ultimately my own fault. By the time my lease is up I Came in for a nice deal, left with the most outlandish lease payment of all time. Although it is ultimately my own fault. By the time my lease is up I will have paid in full(sticker price) plus some for the vehicle. I would always hope that a dealership would put the customer first but, this was not the case at White River Toyota. I left with a bigger payment on a lease than had I gone to any other dealership and purchased. I am ashamed of myself for being so had. I am further ashamed at a dealership that would knowingly take advantage of a customer. Just a down right disservice to a hard working person. First time I have ever leased and I will not be doing it again, especially through WRT. More
