Maintenance I dropped my Venza off for an oil change and state inspection. Nate then called me and said my lug nuts were swollen and should be replaced along with my air filters. I had bought the car less than a year ago, certified from WR Toyota. I thought I was going to have a bigger bill than planned(after my husband got involved because I don't know much about cars) and when I got there I only had to pay a discounted rate of the filters and my car was ready by the end of the day. There was also a shuttle available that I did not need to use but was offered to me. I'm very pleased and will continue to use White River Toyota. More
