Love my 2016 highlander I've always had a Honda and so I was worried about getting a different vehicle but I couldn't be happier! One thing I would suggest is when you have customers waiting thru the lunch hour and you know it is goi The sales person made us feel that we matter. One thing I would suggest is when you have customers waiting thru the lunch hour and you know it is going to be awhile before you can complete the sales you could offer them a car to go and get some lunch. This is especially helpful with senior citizens could may have medical needs and require to eat at certain times (can not have too much time between meals) This would keep the stress levels from rising. Service I have never been to this dealership before. I had multiple recalls on my vehicle and they never gave me a hard time about servicing all the recalls.
