Excellent Customer Service After the Sale After four years of problems with a Jeep, I finally decided to make the switch over to a Toyota Highlander. The car buying experience at White River After four years of problems with a Jeep, I finally decided to make the switch over to a Toyota Highlander. The car buying experience at White River Toyota was great, but I knew that it wasn't realistic to judge customer service on the car buying experience alone. After all, it's easy to treat a customer well when they're buying a car, not as easy when it comes to servicing the vehicle. Within one month of making my purchase I had a mechanical issue that was not technically covered under my pre-owned certified warranty or the extended warranty I purchased. White River Toyota covered the repair free of charge which was much appreciated and generated a lot of goodwill towards the dealership. I'm excited to say the friendly customer service extended beyond just the car buying experience and look forward to working with their team again. More

It had been a rental car but is in new car condition except the windshield was pitted from either sand or salt. The only time it was noticeable was when we drove into the sun. We went back and they looked at it and had it replaced with a new one. I find their sales and service to be excellent. More
