I think the price should have been a range and I should have been told that the actual lease price per month would depend on the bank's willingness to honor that credit tier as opposed to being "promised" a certain price. Customers do not like being surprised and walk out paying $80 more per month than was told to them. This had nothing to do with the sales person as that function is out of their hands. More

Everyone was soo kind and willing to help, we got the vehicle we wanted and they even stayed 3 hours after closing to get everything done so we could Everyone was soo kind and willing to help, we got the vehicle we wanted and they even stayed 3 hours after closing to get everything done so we could drive it home! That is totally unheard of in today's Mad, Mad world - but everyone was there to make sure it went off without a hitch. I thought this was unusual 2 years ago when I got my Tacoma from them which is why I came back and I can absolutely guarantee I WILL be back again, there is a local Toyota dealer in my home town but I already had several bad dealings with them (Rudeness and way over priced and service that had to be repeated because they didn't do it right the first time!) and I will never step foot in there again - which is why I gladly elected to travel the hour to get there and will continue to do so for ALL of my servicing, accessory purchases and any other needs that may arise to include any other vehicle purchases! They now have a "Life Long Customer" !!!!! More

A visit to White River Toyota A safety recall was taken care of with great and speed. Friendly service area personnel are always a plus when your vehicle is in need of service.
