White River Toyota does it again! I was able to have necessary service done while I was out of town by delivering the car the night before and picking it up the morning after. The staff understood my concern to get the service done and made provision to talk with me if need be while I was out of town. I checked in with them, discovered the car had already been serviced, all was fine and it would be there for me in the morning. Terrific! More

Our Toyotas have never gone anywhere else! I love how White River Toyota takes care of us. Mike makes it clear that our loyalty and satisfaction are important to him. When we go in for an oil change, the crew checks my Yaris and my husband's RAV4 throughout and lets us know if something else needs to be done. They give us an accurate estimate of the cost and take care of it. I always know that when I leave the service department, my car is sound and safe. In four years of service at WRT, not only have both our cars never failed an annual NH inspection, we have never been stranded on the road locally or on long trips. That's more than luck...it's top-of-the-line care and competence. More

We haven't had any work done, it is a new car, so I left that comment for another time, in the Quality of Work column. We are retired, and wish the car was less, but prices are what they are. It seems a good car for the money! There aren't many close dealerships in our area, and some we visited a few times. It was a bit of research and shopping for us, and we chose the Highlander as it was the quietest and most comfortable ride. More

Work was done expeditiously & Michael explained the first check of my 2015 Highlander clearly while also discussing some projected future expectations I will have about the dealership & service. The sales man was ready and prepared on time to show me the car I was interested in. While I test drove the vehicle the two I brought for trade in was valued for higher than any other dealer I have previously been to. Bill was ready to sit down and run numbers when we got back into the office. Not only was the price fare and trade in great but he was time efficient and understanding of mysix year old being present! I left happy and with a new (used) car. Just a few days after purchase I noticed a rear noise and called my sales person who had me bring it back in.. Not only did he drive the car himself to hear the noise but he then arranged for service at Dealership cost and for me to borrow a car for what ever the duration of time the repairs would take. Although not everything was perfect, it was perfectly handled. I have enjoyed every bit of my car in the past couple weeks since I have had it back! Thank you so much More
