My family and I had a flat tire on our way from Canada to Mass. I walked into the office when the service department was already closed. This visit I told Chris I was absolutely not going to buy the extended coverage and to let his financial people know that in advance. We delt with Tim Brousseau who was equally no pressure..knew his stuff...answered our questions professionally....I ended up buying the extended coverage! Service over the 11 years we owned the Avalon was also excellent. WRT is an first rate dealership...I recommend them highly. More
