The process was long, but not unfavorable. I have been a Toyota owner for several years. I think this was our fifth vehicle purchased/leased through this dealership. This new Tacoma was to be my birthday present; and with a young family we have a budget to consider. Brandon worked hard to make the numbers work for us. And while things looked tight, the new General Manager introduced himself and really helped to solidify the deal. I left felling special, and excited to be driving the truck I wanted. I didn't compromise by purchasing a model I didn't want. I think this exemplifies the experience! I will happily send friends and family to WRJ Toyota! More
