2015 Highlander purchase- A+ for Steve Cole I had talked to Steve by phone and arranged to test drive a 2015 Highlander to replace our 2008 Highlander that was purchased new at W.R Toyota. After I had talked to Steve by phone and arranged to test drive a 2015 Highlander to replace our 2008 Highlander that was purchased new at W.R Toyota. After 8 years of trouble free miles another Toyota was an obvious choice and the salesperson relationship is important to my wife and I. We have 4 Toyota dealers within a 1 hour drive from our house my original contact with Steve brought us back for another purchase. Steve explained the vehicle details and then it was off for a test drive. He made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we had driven before agreeing on the financial details. This step of the vehicle buying process was also easy and Steve saved us a trip back by staying after hours to finalize the sale. We would recommend Steve and W.R Toyota to our friends and hope he is there in 8 years when it is time for another new Toyota. More

The only trouble I ran into was financing outside Toyota. They don't do it often and it was difficult to work out the purchase and sales. It all worked out in the end and we are happy! White River Toyota Rocks! I've recently had two dates that I've had service on my new truck, one for the rust protection and one for my first service of 5,000 miles. They offered me a rental when they did the rust protection and cleaned my vehicle inside and out! They were awesome! I just brought it in for my first service of over 5,000 miles. They took it in, did the service within 30 minutes and they were done! I also would like to add that Josh, the person that sold me my truck was there and he was awesome, asked me how it was going, asked about family and the truck. I even received a phone call from him three weeks ago checking up on me, how cool is that!!! I would recommend that if your looking to purchase stop in and ask for Josh, there hasn't been a question he hasn't answered yet!! More

40k mile service 8/10/15 Service was excellent as always. Michael was very courteous, efficient and explained everything to me.
