Great service! Chris Stanghellini has taken care of us for the last few years and is unfailingly courteous and helpful. I hope my 2003 Land Cruiser lasts at least a Chris Stanghellini has taken care of us for the last few years and is unfailingly courteous and helpful. I hope my 2003 Land Cruiser lasts at least another 18 years with your help! My only concerns are a) lack of parking and b) when you go into the service area, there's nobody to greet you. I've had to stand there for several minutes waiting for someone to either notice me or ask if they could help. It's confusing and a bit annoying, especially if there are technicians standing around and talking to each other, not other customers. Maybe a sign or something (a bell?) More
