Jeremy has been an excellent mechanic and has taken the time to carefully explain a number of difficult issues. Lincoln, the sales rep he we worked with on the recent purchase of our RAV was also excellent, Lincoln took the initiative to contact us about a possible trade in. From the very beginning he was clear about the pricing issue and the options. No high pressure sales talk, just calm explanations about the options and the pros and cos.
