Always a pleasent experience but lost all vehicle presets. When servicing battery could you PLEASE find a way to connect a Power Pack to battery cables so all presets are not lost. Put on snow tires The service department got me in very quickly to put on our snow tires. Comfortable waiting room with coffee, tea, and water available. They took me when they said they would and finished quickly. I had to wait with a bunch of others and Dana jumped in to help out. He always seems to appear out of nowhere to help!
