My only complaint had nothing to do with Mike. I made an appt for the morning, left it off the night before and it wasn't ready until late afternoon. Admittedly, once there, I added something - having my winter tires put on. It seemed odd though that such a task would throw off my pick-up time that much. More

Nate in service set me up and outlined everything for my truck. I could not be more happy with the service team and Nate. When I bought my truck at White River Toyota, Nate was actually at the time the loan officer on my Tundra and he was great then. Thank you Nate and Service Team, I have not left there UN-happy yet.
