Overall, customer service was good. I appreciated the professionalism. However, overall, the cost just to get an assessment done was disappointing and expensive. Spending over $500 on 3 I appreciated the professionalism. However, overall, the cost just to get an assessment done was disappointing and expensive. Spending over $500 on 3 assessments was asinine. Other places wouldn't charge near that much, if at all. I was also not informed that the cost was per assessment in my case. I was informed when I pulled up in the service garage. Spending this much upfront gives me no incentive to recommend White's Honda of Lima. As stated, customer service was nice and appreciated the detailed report. But, cost... that was the issue for me.
