We were told by what was suppose to be a 40 year experienced tech that we need to do a triple flush transmission fluid change to our van. I was against this and felt it had to do with the engine. Bu experienced tech that we need to do a triple flush transmission fluid change to our van. I was against this and felt it had to do with the engine. But scheduled the transmission flush. Brought the van by to show someone how it was acting. The person riding with me agreed that it was the engine and that it needed piston rings done. Well after spending thousands of dollars on the piston rings and they accidentally did the transmission flush still. My van still ran like it did before. You guys over charge for the quality of work and experience you have. What a disappointment. More

I took my Truck to the dealership because I received a safety recall. The person who took my appointment confirmed that issue would take a long time to fix and the latest I could make an appointment would safety recall. The person who took my appointment confirmed that issue would take a long time to fix and the latest I could make an appointment would be 2:30pm. I added oil change and tire rotation (Cost $83.64) since the I was already going to be there for the safety recall. When finished, all that was finished was oil change and tire rotation and was told that safety recall parts were not available. I CALL BAIT AND SWITCH AND I WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO MY LOCAL AUTO SERVICE COMPNAY (St Marys) AND WOULD HAVE PAID A LOT LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
